The Daily Office
The Daily Office is the Opus Dei – the Work of God – by which the Church lives and breathes. St Benedict, in his Rule to Monks, wrote that the Work of God was to be preferred before all other things, such was its importance.
In praying the Office, we mark out our day in the structure of prayer and sanctify out time as an offering to God. We do this in union with the whole Church spread and scattered throughout the world, from the Holy Father to those in our own parish, to the faithful in the furthest corners of the world.
Below are the links to pray the Office from Universalis.
During Holy Week we will be praying Lauds at 9:30am, Vespers at 6pm and Compline at 9pm.
